Executive Board Members:

Michelle Bradley, Director of the Local Management Board/Wicomico County Partnership for Families and Children brings over thirteen years of experience working with families and children in the human services field. Ms. Bradley’s Master’s Degree in Art of Teaching comes from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. As a lifelong resident of Wicomico County, she holds her undergraduate degree from Salisbury University, where she taught as adjunct faculty for almost 3 years, and continues to enroll in post Master’s coursework at Villanova University part time to obtain a Master’s in Public Administration as well as taking courses at the University of Maryland’s Academy for County and Municipal Officials.

Ms. Bradley is responsible for not only providing needs assessments for Wicomico County, but having the vision to see where the gaps lie and collaborating with area agencies, nonprofits and local businesses in order to bridge those gaps through funding, programming, monitoring, education, and providing technical assistance and spear heading initiatives.

Trina Tilghman-Dix is a dedicated administrator offering a proven track record of commended performance in education and administration. Currently the Program Coordinator for Wicomico County Schools – Wicomico County Judy Center, she oversees and supervises daily program operations as well as securing funding and providing professional development for families, childcare providers and educators. Ms. Tilghman-Dix has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Growth and Development with a concentration in Early Childhood Education.
