Michelle Bradley, Director of the Local Management Board/Wicomico County Partnership for Families and Children brings over thirteen years of experience working with families and children in the human services field. Ms. Bradley’s Master’s Degree in Art of Teaching comes from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. As a lifelong resident of Wicomico County, she holds her undergraduate degree from Salisbury University, where she taught as adjunct faculty for almost 3 years, and continues to enroll in post Master’s coursework at Villanova University part time to obtain a Master’s in Public Administration as well as taking courses at the University of Maryland’s Academy for County and Municipal Officials.
Ms. Bradley is responsible for not only providing needs assessments for Wicomico County, but having the vision to see where the gaps lie and collaborating with area agencies, nonprofits and local businesses in order to bridge those gaps through funding, programming, monitoring, education, and providing technical assistance and spear heading initiatives.
